You probably download lots of things every day, from music to movies to web pages. 2. Type in "prefetch" and hit enter key.
3. Select all the files and delete them.
4. Delete temporary files.
1.Launch run window and type in "temp".
2. Delete all the files in the folder.
3.Repeat the same procedure by typing in %temp% in place of temp.
5. Remove startup items.

So, you can uninstalled apps that you rarely use to speed up your PC.
7. Hardware Upgrades.
Windows 10 is a resource heavy operating system. So, if you have a pc with 2gb ram, it's time to upgrade it to at least 4 gb.
Replacing hard drive with SSD will also help a lot since the data transfer speed of SSD is greater than HDD.
Run a virus scan and make sure your PC is virus free.
